  • Why should we do COVID-19 antibody test?

    2019 coronavirus antibody test (spike protein IgG antibody) is applicable to anyone who has been vaccinated for 14 days or more to understand the antibody levels. 

  • What to know before getting a COVID-19 antibody test?
    • The antibody test can be conducted only for those who are 12 years old or above (vaccinated with Comirnaty vaccine), 18 years old or above (vaccinated with Sinovac vaccine) and have completed two doses of COVID-19 vaccine for 2 weeks or more.
    • The test sample is a blood sample. There is no need to fast before taking a blood sample.
    • An appointment must be made in advance before the test. During the test, please show the identification documents and appointment info to the staff, but there is not necessary to show the vaccination record.
  • Is there a charge for antibody testing?

    We strictly abide by The Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (the "PDPO"). In order to strengthen your information security and personal data protection, our laboratory has obtained the British Standards Association personal information security management system - BS 10012:2017 certification and ISO 27001 Information security management system certification. All your data will never be used for purposes other than detection. All tests will only be conducted in Hong Kong, and the test samples will not be sent outside Hong Kong. They will be destroyed after the test is completed.

  • What is the refund policy?

    After confirming payment, the appointment cannot be cancelled, transferred or refunded.
